Delphi Digital: Strategy Bitcoin accumulation has entered a higher-cost phase
Delphi Digital posted that Strategy has mainly relied on issuing stocks at high premiums and low-cost convertible bonds to obtain funds for continuously increasing its holdings of Bitcoin in the past few years, but this financing window is now basically closed.
Delphi pointed out that common stock financing is being constrained by the market-adjusted net asset value (mNAV), and new convertible bond issuance has also been suspended. STRC has become its main financing channel. Since STRC has a lower repayment priority in the capital structure than convertible bonds and preferred stocks, it needs to compensate investors for the impairment risk they bear through a high yield of approximately 11.5%.
Delphi believes that Strategy is currently continuing to advance its Bitcoin accumulation plan by paying higher financing costs and buying time for the repayment of large debts due in 2028.

Pony Ma Responds to Whether Tencent’s AI is Lagging Behind: I feel like I’m on the boat now, but I can’t sit down yet. I hope the boat can go faster.
On May 13th, regarding the question of whether Tencent AI (Artificial Intelligence) is lagging behind, Tencent Chairman and CEO Ma Huateng said at today’s Tencent shareholders meeting, “We originally thought we were on the boat a year ago, but later found that the boat was leaking. Now it feels like we’re standing on it, but we still can’t sit down. We still hope the boat can go faster.”
Ma Huateng said that Tencent’s early basic capabilities in the field of AI were not outstanding. In recent years, it has continued to make up for its shortcomings through talent development, team management, and internal training. Now it is gradually entering the development track.
Ma Huateng admitted frankly that Tencent is not necessarily the fastest in the industry to seize opportunities, but it insists on taking the right path and combining its own unique advantages to consolidate its foundation. “We can’t just cross over and grab other people’s territory just because we see others doing it there. We have grabbed it in the past, but it basically failed later.”

Cardano founder criticizes Section 604 of the CLARITY Act, saying it may hinder open-source innovation.
On May 13, according to a report by CoinDesk, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson stated that Section 604 of the CLARITY Act—when removed—could subject open-source developers to long-term legal liability for how others use their code.
He pointed out that after developers release open-source software, they could still be “held liable in perpetuity” even if others misuse the code without consent, and he described this as posing a serious threat to the open-source innovation ecosystem.

Bitwise CIO: The GENIUS Act drives the thawing of crypto fundraising; Arc, Canton, and Tempo collectively raise over $1 billion.
On May 13, Matt Hougan, Chief Investment Officer at Bitwise, stated that institutional-grade blockchain projects—including Arc, Canton Network, and Tempo (a Stripe subsidiary)—have collectively raised over $1 billion in funding recently, reflecting three major structural shifts occurring within the crypto industry.
Hougan noted that all these funding rounds occurred after the U.S. GENIUS Act was passed in July 2025, and the clarified stablecoin regulation helped break a long-standing regulatory deadlock that had hindered institutional capital from entering the crypto industry. The market is now watching whether the Clarity Act can further advance tokenized assets and compliant financial infrastructure.
He also emphasized that next-generation institutional blockchains generally place greater emphasis on native privacy features to meet enterprises’ confidentiality requirements for transactions, payroll, and financial activities.

Bitget Wallet Upgrades KOL Signal Board, Covering Over 8,000 Core KOLs
Bitget Wallet has upgraded its KOL Signal Leaderboard, continuously integrating AI and on-chain daily financial capabilities to lower the barrier for users to discover investment opportunities.
This upgrade adds a new dimension—“Number of Fellow Riders”—to the existing signal count metric. Users can now view both the number of KOL recommendations per cryptocurrency and the on-chain “Fellow Rider” status simultaneously, enabling quantitative assessment of real capital follow-through behind each signal. Additionally, users can examine the distribution of specific recommendation timestamps and buy timestamps to help determine whether热度 is still in an upward phase. Meanwhile, Bitget Wallet has increased its data collection frequency to the sub-second level, allowing KOL tweets to be converted into recommendation signals in real time. Leveraging large language models, the system intelligently filters signals, automatically discarding casual chatter and advertisements while extracting only genuine bullish signals—thereby reducing information noise.
Currently, this feature covers over 8,000 core KOLs across multiple regions—including China, the U.S., and Japan—as well as more than 5,000 on-chain KOL addresses. Since its launch, the average daily usage per user within a month has reached 12.28 times.

Today’s Market Pulse
Traditional finance is accelerating its integration with crypto markets while regulatory frameworks evolve to support institutional participation, creating a structural shift in market dynamics.
Key Themes
Traditional Finance Integration Accelerating
Major financial institutions like Charles Schwab are entering the crypto space with spot trading offerings for retail clients, while OSL Group completes tests with Hong Kong’s stablecoin, indicating progress in regulated infrastructure. Binance is listing multiple TradFi perpetual contracts, bridging traditional finance and crypto markets, signaling growing convergence between these ecosystems.
Institutional Capital Returns
Following the GENIUS Act, institutional blockchain projects have raised over $1 billion in funding, with Strategy continuing Bitcoin accumulation despite higher financing costs. This represents a significant structural shift as institutional-grade projects gain traction and traditional financial players increasingly recognize crypto’s value proposition.
Regulatory Evolution and Challenges
The CLARITY Act is undergoing scrutiny with over 100 amendments submitted by U.S. Senators, while Cardano founder warns about potential negative impacts on open-source innovation. Regulatory clarity appears to be thawing crypto fundraising, but concerns remain about specific legislative language that could hinder innovation.
Exchange Innovation and Token Listings
Major exchanges are expanding their offerings with Bitget launching preOPAI spot trading and UPBIT listing Superform with multiple trading pairs. Bitget Wallet upgrades its KOL Signal Board using AI to filter investment signals, demonstrating how exchanges are enhancing analytical capabilities to serve sophisticated investors.
RichSilo Verdict
Smart money should monitor the intersection of regulatory clarity and institutional adoption as the primary driver of market direction. The GENIUS Act’s impact on institutional fundraising represents a significant structural shift, while the evolving CLARITY Act could either accelerate or hinder tokenization efforts. Key catalysts include further regulatory developments, continued institutional inflows, and the performance of newly listed tokens, with risks centered around potential regulatory setbacks and the sustainability of accumulation strategies amid rising financing costs.
